Lithuania is one of the cheapest EU destinations from Portugal. A 2 kg box quotes from about €20 and 10 kg from about €33 — well under half what the same parcel costs to Malta or Cyprus.
Transit varies more than the price does. Quoted economy times range from 4–7 days on the fastest service to 7–9 on the slowest, and they are not always priced in that order — check the delivery estimate against the price before choosing.
No customs paperwork applies. Both countries are in the EU, so the carrier label is all a standard parcel needs.

No. Lithuania joined the EU in 2004 and uses the euro, so goods move from Portugal in free circulation with no customs declaration, commercial invoice or EORI number. Excise goods such as tobacco and spirits above 24% ABV are the exception and carry Lithuanian excise duty even within the EU.
Economy road, and the saving is substantial — the cheapest economy service is a fraction of the express price at every weight we checked. If the delivery is not time-critical, economy is the obvious choice on this route.
Lithuanian addresses run: Recipient name / Street name and house number / Postcode and city / LITHUANIA. For example: Jonas Kazlauskas / Gedimino pr. 15 / LT-01103 Vilnius / LITHUANIA. Lithuanian postcodes carry an LT- prefix followed by five digits. Include the recipient's mobile number so the driver can call if the address is hard to find.
Deliveries cover the whole country, including Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai and Panevėžys, as well as smaller towns and rural addresses. Lithuania is compact, so once a parcel reaches the country the domestic leg is short.
Lithuanian VAT is called PVM. The standard rate is 21%, with reduced rates of 9% and 5%. If you sell to Lithuanian consumers and your cross-border B2C sales across the EU exceed €10,000 a year, register for OSS in Portugal and charge 21% on those orders. For B2B, request the customer's Lithuanian VAT number and apply the reverse charge at 0%.
A return is an ordinary intra-EU shipment with no customs paperwork, taking a similar 4–9 business days back. Book a return label and the recipient can hand the parcel to a driver or drop it at a collection point. EU consumer law gives Lithuanian consumers 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase.
