Refund & Cancellation Policy

D1. General

As a booking intermediary, Cargosender's ability to offer refunds depends on the cancellation policies of Eurosender and the assigned carrier. The Cargosender service fee is non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed. Refundability of the carrier fee depends on the carrier's policy and the stage at which cancellation is requested.

D2. Cancellation Before Collection

D2.1 Within 2 Hours of Booking

If you cancel within 2 hours of the booking confirmation and before the carrier has collected the goods, Cargosender will use reasonable efforts to cancel with Eurosender and issue a refund of the price less the non-refundable Cargosender service fee.

D2.2 After 2 Hours

Cancellations more than 2 hours after confirmation but before collection may incur a cancellation fee from the carrier. Cargosender will refund the price less the Cargosender service fee and any carrier cancellation charge. The refundable amount depends on the specific carrier's policy.

D3. Cancellation After Collection

Once the carrier has collected your goods, cancellation is generally not possible and no refund will be issued. You must contact Cargosender at support@cargosender.com if you need to attempt to recall a shipment after collection; any associated costs are your responsibility.

D4. Failed Collection

If collection fails due to reasons on your side, a re-collection fee may apply. If you choose not to rebook, a partial refund may be considered at Cargosender's discretion, less the service fee and any carrier fee for the failed attempt.

D5. Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the booking confirmation, provided the service has not yet commenced. Given that Cargosender transmits your booking to Eurosender promptly upon confirmation, in many cases the service commences before the 14-day window expires. To exercise your right of withdrawal where applicable, contact support@cargosender.com before the service commences.

D6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of the cancellation being confirmed, to the original Revolut payment method used for the booking. Additional time may be required for the funds to appear in your account depending on Revolut and your bank.

D7. How to Request Cancellation

Email support@cargosender.com as soon as possible with your booking reference number and reason for cancellation. We will respond within 2 business days.
