Not required for the Republic of Cyprus. Cyprus has been an EU member since 2004, so goods travel from Portugal in free circulation.
Not required by customs. Worth including in multi-item business shipments.
Not needed — Cyprus is inside the EU customs union.

The following items have import restrictions or are prohibited in Cyprus. Check carrier guidelines before shipping.
Cyprus prices like the island it is. A 2 kg box quotes from about €97 and 10 kg from about €166 — several times a mainland EU route. There is no cheap option; budget for it rather than shopping for one.
Economy quotes 5–7 days and express 2. The gap is narrower than the price gap, so express is only worth it when the date is genuinely fixed.
Services to Cyprus include an air leg, so air-freight restrictions apply. Aerosols, flammable liquids, pressurised containers and lithium batteries shipped alone are commonly refused.
Deliveries are to the Republic of Cyprus. Addresses in the north of the island are not served by standard EU carrier networks — check which side an address falls on before booking.
English is very widely used in Cypriot business and administration, so labels and paperwork in English present no problem.
Given the cost per shipment, consolidating several items into one parcel saves more here than on any mainland route.
Economy from Portugal starts at around €97 for a 2 kg box, about €109 for 5 kg and about €166 for 10 kg. Cyprus is among the most expensive EU destinations because every parcel travels by air for part of the journey — there is no road route. Get a live quote for your exact box, since volumetric weight applies.
Cyprus is an island in the eastern Mediterranean with no road connection to the rest of the EU, so every parcel needs an air or sea leg that carriers price separately. It is the same structural reason Malta costs more, and it is not something that shopping between services removes.
Economy quotes 5–7 business days and express air quotes 2. Cyprus is the most distant EU member state from Portugal, which is reflected in the economy transit time.
No, for the Republic of Cyprus. It joined the EU in 2004 and uses the euro, so goods travel from Portugal in free circulation with no customs declaration, commercial invoice or EORI number. Excise goods such as tobacco and spirits are the exception.
Standard EU carrier networks deliver to the Republic of Cyprus. The northern part of the island is outside the effective control of the Republic and is not served by these services, so an address there cannot be booked as a normal EU shipment. If you are unsure which side an address falls on, check before booking rather than after.
Beyond the usual EU prohibitions, services to Cyprus include an air leg, so air-freight rules apply: aerosols, flammable liquids, pressurised containers, lithium batteries shipped on their own and many alcohol-based cosmetics are commonly refused. Check the restricted list before packing.
Cypriot addresses run: Recipient name / Street name and number / Postcode and city / CYPRUS. For example: Andreas Georgiou / Makariou Avenue 12 / 1065 Nicosia / CYPRUS. Cypriot postcodes are four digits. Addresses are commonly written in English and this is entirely normal — no Greek transliteration is needed.
A return is an ordinary intra-EU shipment with no customs paperwork, but it carries the same island pricing as the outbound leg, so returns from Cyprus are expensive. If you sell to Cypriot consumers, factor that into your returns policy — EU consumer law still gives them 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase.
