Warehousing Cost Factors

Volume of storage (m²/m³)

Storage is priced per pallet bay per month or per m² of floor space. Minimum storage periods apply.

Duration

Short-term storage (1–4 weeks) is priced at a premium vs. long-term (3–12 months) contract rates.

Pick & pack operations

Per-order pick and pack fees apply. The fee depends on order complexity (number of SKUs, packaging requirements).

Dispatch speed

Same-day dispatch requires orders to be submitted by a cut-off time and carries a premium vs. next-day dispatch.

Temperature requirements

Ambient (standard) storage is cheapest. Chilled (+2/+8°C) and frozen storage require specialist facilities at higher cost.

Warehouse & Dispatch Surcharges

Outbound dispatch from warehouse carries standard carrier fuel surcharges. Storage costs are fixed per month and do not include fuel surcharges. All outbound shipment costs include the fuel surcharge in the quoted delivery rate.

What is the minimum storage period?

Most warehouse partners have a minimum storage period of 1 month. Short-term overflow storage (1–2 weeks) may be available at a premium — contact us to check availability.

Yes. Our warehouse partners offer API integration with major e-commerce platforms. Orders placed on your store are automatically sent to the warehouse for picking and dispatch.

Is pickup from my address included?

Yes. All services include door-to-door collection. Choose your pickup date during checkout.

Can I track my shipment?

Contact our support team. We investigate with the carrier and keep you updated. Compensation may apply on express-guaranteed services.

Can I cancel or change a booking?

Bookings can be cancelled before collection for a full refund. After collection, changes depend on the carrier's in-transit policy.
